AI Image Upscaler

Turn small or low-resolution photos into larger, sharper ones. Unlike normal resizing, which just stretches pixels and makes the image blurry, an AI model (ESRGAN) rebuilds edges and fine detail. For example, a 1280 × 720 photo becomes a crisp 1920 × 1080 image. Everything runs on your device; the first run downloads a small 3 MB model, and larger photos can take up to a minute.

Your images stay on your device. Processing happens entirely in your browser.

How to use AI Image Upscaler

  1. Drop or choose your images.
  2. Choose 2×, 4× or a target resolution such as Full HD (1080p) or 4K.
  3. Click "Upscale images", wait for the AI to finish and download the result.

Frequently asked questions

Is this real quality improvement or just resizing?

It is real AI super-resolution. A neural network trained on thousands of photos predicts the missing detail, so edges and textures stay sharp. A normal resize only enlarges the existing pixels.

Can it make a 720p photo 1080p?

Yes. Choose "Full HD (1080p)": the short side becomes 1080 px, so a 1280 × 720 image becomes 1920 × 1080.

Why does it take a while?

The AI runs on your own device, using your graphics card when available. That keeps your photos private, but large images take longer, especially on older phones.

Is it free? Are my photos uploaded?

It is completely free with no watermark or sign-up. Your photos never leave your device.
